Just wanted to add my voice to the chorus of praise. We’ve got a rare gem in our midst. Visited David Power in Red Bank, New Jersey over the weekend, had a cup of tea and a lovely conversation, got to listen to his Froment sets in D and C. He’s a fine piper and good teacher too; learned a few tricks, worked on some reeds, and generally advanced my piping!

East Coast folks on the board should really consider if they are “within range” for a visit, or for David to come work with your piping club! Give him a call at 732-291-5217

We were ingratiated to have Dave come play at our session. He showed up at 9pm for a session from6-9..Typically late Irish…So session lasted until 9:45…Dave sounded great…I warmed :astonished: the crowd up for him with amatuer piping…I just cant wait to get to that level of play…Lessons lessons lessons…Listen listen listen :slight_smile: Jim give me a holler next time your in the hood!

i, too, just visited david for some tuition and insight. excellent teacher, time well spent (and it involved quite a bit of driving).

he got me back to basics and figured out a couple of problems i was having.

can only second the above opinions.
