I just posted for a used Sindt because I was under the impression that new ones were no longer available.
Is that correct?
Thanks.

As far as I know, they’re still being made. No web site though – contact the maker at
sindtwhistle (at) aol (dot) com
There is usually a several months wait, though.
John is taking orders, although he is stating the lead time to be 7 - 8 months. Contact him directly at Sindtwhistle@aol.com

Hi
Concur, I have placed and order with John and he has told me that his waiting list is now 8-9 months.
But, from what I have read on the net the time waiting will be well worth it and by the way John is a pleasure to deal with.
Ian
You mileage may vary, but the last one
I ordered showed up 2 months before I
expected it.
I have ordered a whistle from John 2 months ago and 7-8 months was the stated lead time at that point.
I reckon get in the queue and enjoy waiting for a fine whistle to arrive.
Cheers
worth the wait imo…well worth it.
Thanks all for your help!
John is great to work with, but his wait list is about 7-8 months. I placed an order for a silver high D last October and got it last week. Patience is critical, but you are getting a hand crafted work of art that you can play every day. You will definitely not go wrong placing an order for a Sindt Whistle.
