Ferg,

If you see Martin Crossin there, please ask him to get in touch with me. I’ve been trying to contact him for a while. He’s an excellent piper and reed maker. Plus I understand he’s getting into pipe making. Thnaks for your help. … Ed Harrison South Carolina

The Crescent Arts Centre is where I started to learn the Uilleann pipes with Tom Clarke.

Hi Ed

If I see Martin (now living in County Donegal) at the Belfast Tionól I will tell him to contact you. Will Martin have your contact details if not please PM me.

Yes saw Martin at Tionól an tSléibhe Dhuibh (Black Mountain Tionol) in Ballymurphy, Belfast 11 February 2006 ran by Cormac Buzz O’ Briain.

He was making reeds that day and playing a D fullset. He made the chanter but not sure what other parts he made from the full set.

Cheers

Ferg

Say “Hi” to Joe for us Ontarians - tell him we miss him! But only a little bit

Thanks Ferg,

Martin has my mailing address (South Carolina) I don’t have his. Any help you can lend will be greatly appreciated. He can also contact me through this forum.
PS: Always admired your Rogge pipes. He’s a great person and pipemaker.
