I was said that was a Copeland but don’t know the key if someone has this same whistle could recognice the tone.I¡d like to buy obe like this. 
Are you asking what key the tune’s in or what key whistle it’s being played on?
Doesn’t really matter coz I think the answer to both is D.
If you want to know what key a tune’s in it helps to know the old busker’s trick: The very last note of the melody (which isn’t on your soundclip, of course) is the key note. 
Course that doesn’t work if it’s a minor key. 
Or if it’s in F corrugated
