It depends if you’re looking for pipers to meet up with, or someone of a good standard to play with you. I’, a beginner, and I meet up with Meredith and Jason in Sacramento once a month, as well as attending the SF Pipers Club. Meredith is a good musician, if that’s what you want. I think Kevin Carr sometimes finds himself up in this area too. You can PM me if you want further details.
