Just watching this video clip on youtube and at 4:18 there is a black and white photo of a young piper in the ITMA. Something about the face, I’m thinking could this be a young Johnny Doran? Does anyone recognise the piper?

Hmm. I think the cheek bones, the mouth and eyes are similar. Also the hands. The hairstyle is different but I think this could be a photo of Johnny. I’ll get in touch with ITMA and ask them if there is anything written on the back and if they know where the photo came from. Could be someone who has nothing to do with the Dorans, but the photo in the video reminds me of an older Johnny in Miltown sitting on the wall.
