Whistle Blowout (and a Flute)

Well, I’ve reached that point again (the one we all reach). It’s time to clear out some of my collection to make room for new.

I have the following up for offer…

Burke DWBB Old style (from the year 2000). It’s tarnished with time but in perfect condition otherwise. $80

Low D Chieftain Tuneable (another relic from around 2000). $80

M&E Delrin Flute (Original Model with Rings) in D $250 - SOLD

All prices are in American Dollars. Shipping outside US and Canada may cost a couple bucks more depending on how much it costs me.

Yeah, I’m selling some of this for a pretty decent deal. The Low D and Flute for instance were replaced by my Copeland Low D which, now that I can play the thing properly is excatly the sound I want. It’s just time to clear out some space. I take excellent care of my instruments, so everything is pretty much as it was when I originally bought them (except some tarnish with age).

Hi Schek- Please check PM posted at 8:20 p.m. CST. I’m being specific because I’ve had some problems with PMs getting through on time.

Thanks,

LEE

AAAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!

:swear: :swear: :swear: :swear: :swear:

As I feared, the above mentioned PM is “stuck” in my OUTBOX! This has happened before.

Please contact me via my e-mail link,

Thanks.

A message stay in your outbox till it’s been viewed by the person you sent it to.

SNAFU

Hi Chas - Thanks. But, I’m not sure that’s always the case. We had a discussion about this on the Whistle forum recently.

I sent a PM to a member who had a whistle for sale, (like, 2 minute after the post came up), and the next day she informed me that my PM did not go through to her INBOX for approx. 16 hours and in the interim several others had inquired about it, so I got scooped, even though my original PM would have beaten them had she viewed them in order.

The seller, of course, suggested that it was a fault with my computer, but perhaps she was just,… oh,… I don’t know… :really:

lying?
