Where's Bloomfield?

now who might that be …

Threadjacked already.

Godwin’s Law III. Given enough time the probability of any thread in the Pub turning to the subject of Amar approaches 1.

This is supposed to be a thread about Bloomfield frolicking nekkid in the woods.

No wonder we changed the subject!

Natural progression of thought. Nekkid Bloomie - pink - Amar.

Let us pray with those old Druids,
They drink fermented fluids,
Waltzing naked through the woo-ids,
And it’s good enough for me.

Give me that old time religion …

No, no, no… he was wearing green tights, an oak wreath, pink thong, chartreuse boa, and carrying a cell phone!

Geeze

Ah, the pink thong… that’s why the thread drifted onto amar…

“No beer, no cell phone make Bloomfield go something something…?”

“Go crazy?”

“Don’t mind if I do!!!”

No, actually, that was my fault. I mentioned Amar’s resemblance to Lucca Brasi and the thread was off and running in the wrong direction.

Well, when you don’t know where you’re going, one direction is as good as another.

We should play Where in the World is Bloomfield San Diego? He can give us clues and we can guess.

To judge by this thread we should play What in the World is Bloomfield Wearing?

and singing the song " I got a thong in my part"

You misspelled “fart”.

I just got back from 5 days in Seattle and the San Juans. Lovely.
Went in Lark in the Morning. Now I know what a Susato looks like up close and personal. Still don’t want one, but I saw some mighty cool stringed stuff.
Sorry to say, I haven’t worried about where Bloomie might have been at the time.

Ooh, I hope you managed to find Dusty Strings, as well. It’s a much better store than Lark.

Glad you enjoyed your trip. (You lucked out on the weather, too!)

Did you actually try a Susato Emm? Although they look cheap and feel wretched, in the context of a loud band, they are better than nearly every whistle on the market costing umpteen times as much. Solo they can sound quite painful (I’ve even read a Chiff and Fippler seriously recommend you practice them with ear plugs in!) but when being heard is difficult, a Susato’s your whistle. My wife, who’s admittedly a very gifted flautist, can make a Susato sound very well.

HEY!!! Off Topic. Take it to the whistle forum

There’s a whistle forum???

What’s a whistle?
