He had a much loved Gen, I believe, that
finally fell apart. Then he shifted to an
aluminum Burke. Anybody know which
model?
Just received a message from Mike Burke.
he says L.E. plays a DASBT and has for a couple of years. He also plays a B natural composite a lot.
He also played a couple of mine during a NE Gathering several years ago, including an Elfsong C (custom with copper body and slide and brass mouthpiece with delrin fipple), I believe, which he liked very much. Never heard it sound quite that good again.
