That “Sulky Rickshaw” looks very like what us’uns in the UK would call a trolley. Used for shifting boxes of stationery, paving stones, crates of lemonade etc., if they had those stupid armrests removed. On second thoughts, just buy a proper trolley and keep the kids away from it.
You notice that they have drawn the kids in. Perhaps health and safety wouldn’t let them use real kids

These look like great sulkys for dogs, hope the RSPCA doesn’t get wind of this and have it outlawed, last time thousands of dogs all over England were killed. Hate to think what they would do to kids.
