What do you think of this "Vintage Irish Flute"?

Has anyone taken a close look at this eBay flute?

I like that it only has one key (because I’m not ready to mess with keys).

Any idea of what this is and what it might sound like? Making a lot of assumptions, it sounds like the seller just filled the cracks. I’m wondering if the cracks will be likely to reappear if the seller didn’t remove the metal sleeve and enlarge the bore in that area before reinserting it?

I would say It’s not antique. Note it has no tuning slide. I’d guess it’s a modern maker and it looks to me like it could be a cheap Pakistani flute.
