Meh. Looks like the glow of sunset illuminating and reflecting off of a layer of thin clouds to me.
That’s prairie glow similar to alpine glow,alpenglow, or alpenglüh, but the flatlander’s version.

That’s not red. It’s a bright coral pink, and at top left is a rich lavender gray. Get on the risible spectrum, folks.

Actually I would say it looks like the fires of Hell reflecting off the clouds… except it ain’t Michigan. I don’t know why they still allow open burning there but they do.

Me too. With time the black foam seal got compressed and allowed some light to leak in. Sadly, since the advent of digital cameras, my 35mm film camera is gathering dust in the dresser drawer.
