A musician friend of mine, from Italy, has expressed an interest in taking the plunge.
Hence the thread. Any help will be greatly appreciated 
Don’t know about clubs. There’s at least Fabio Rinaudo (Birkin Tree) and Daniele Bicego (Red Box), in northern Italy. I sessioned with them in Milan a few years ago, both quite good.
