Pipers,
I bought a upipe practice chanter. It has a rubber hose to blow into the chanter. Very difficult to play, fingering and second octave.
Anybody have any luck with these or are they a waste of money. It’s $50 bucks.
When I was looking for a practise set..folks on this forum told me to stay away from this item probably for the same reason as you describe.
Yes, they are a waste of money and you are not the first to learn that lesson. If you are truly serious about the pipes, you really need to talk to a reputable pipe maker.
