I’m getting more and more interested in hand-rolled staples and would like to get a few mandrels made.
Any toolmakers on the board who would be interested in making up a few mandrels to certain specifications?

As it turns out I am making a bunch of tapered staple mandrels right now. I’m tetsing out the new taper attachment I just made for my metal lathe. so far so good, it is a lot easier than filing then or grinding them and should be a lot more accurate and repeatable. It would be no problem for me to make a few for you. Send me the details of the dimensions you need.
