Has anybody heard of a Tipperay Tin Whistle. It is D and probably several years old. Someone is offering it for $10. The picture I have seen shows it is brass with a green fipple.

Standard brass cylindrical tube with plastc fipple. Can’t quite read the label, but the fipple loooks black rather than green to me. Reminds one of Gen’s “Celtic Whistle”.
Ten bucks does seem a bit high…
I think the markup is due to the book.
