I placed an order online for some whistles several months ago, and they were mailed promptly. I have bought from them for several years, and there was a period of time when they put notice on the web site that due to an illness they were not accepting orders. It seems to me they are up, and running now.
I like their order form that is easy to use, and you have a choice of several shipping methods with the price upfront.
