Thank you John Palmer.

It’s another dark, dreary, rainy day here. (It has been like this for the past week or so. Reminds me of Chicago.) So I went over to Clips & Snips to try to lift the gloom by listening to something cheerful, and I found his recording of Ballydesmond Polka. What a treat! I recommend it as therapy for anyone who feels down in the dumps. (No, he didn’t pay me to post this.)

Hi Ridseard,

Thanks for the compliment. I’ts one of my favorites, one I also use to obtain speed on the violin (I’m a beginner).

I now have access to a four-track mixer and will be submitting a few more songs, soon. I just recorded Fisher’s, today. Mixing is fun. Now I have to get the song into the computer to send.

Thanks,
John

John, Did you just refer to a ‘tune’ as a ‘song?’ Are you prepared for the potential flaming you could get for that? You’re either brave or reckless.
Tony

Well, he can call them songs as long as he sings them.

Best,

Wow John! Took me awhile to find it but that’s awesome. I can’t imagine how you’re working up to speed on your fiddle. I’d be interested in hearing that too. Thanks for the happy tune! Gm

For those who are having trouble finding it, it’s third from the bottom on the Miscellaneous page.
