I think it was Bothy Band but it could also be Planxty, De Danann or a trad. compilation album, I only have a vague recollection of it.
Anyone have a clue to which CD this is on?
Having the lyrics eased things up for sure. Still had to find the track
to get a clue about the “Naaaaa, needeleedelum needeligh needeleedeleedel num nee nigh daloh dalah …” part, and I did.
I had the track on cassette, it was a recording of Bothy band from some Irish TV show in the seventies.
