This is my first post at the suggestion of Blayne Chastain, owner of Whistle and Drum. I purchased this whistle though him and have decided that I prefer non-wood whistles and have purchased another. This is a Honduran Mohagany whistle and has been played less than 8 hours. I confess that I once (admittedly this was stupid) tried to put the whistle together the wrong way and the wood on the bottom end of the whistle has a couple of minor sliver sized chips of wood missing on the inside due to this idiocy. This has not affected the tone or playing of the whistle, just the look on the inside. I would like to sell this for around $185.00. Let me know if you are interested. Pay pal is fine.
Thanks,
