Busman Whistle for Sale

Howdy,

I’m selling my delrin Busman whistle. I really like this whistle, and it was the first high end whistle I ever bought. Paul made it last year, and it has the great Busman sound: Pure, but with great character. Ornaments are very crisp, and it has a nice in-tune C natural. Since the body is made of delrin, the whistle is low maintenance with no cracking or play-in worries. The tuning slide works great, and Paul’s design packs nice and small for convenient carry.

I’m selling because my personal taste has wandered to conical style whistles, and I have to make up for the sterling Copeland I just bought.

Paul sells these for $250, and I’m selling mine for $200.

Here is a sound clip of me struggling through Blackthorn Staff.

Please PM me if you are interested.

This is a true bargain!
Paul’s whistles are excellent - I rate the derin ones even better than the hardwood.

Oh, :astonished: i like this baby

Paul makes great instruments. I would buy it, but I’ve got one in the works.

lets here another sound bite -no tune---------but straight ascending and decending notes leading----------- into the second octave C# and maybe a 3 octave D also do some strikes at the second octave C#, A and B----please ----how about some mouthpiece shots

Howdy,

Can do, but may take a day or two.

Best,

Dave

Howdy,

Here is a sound clip of the whistle going up through the scale. And I misread your request, so at the end is a recording of strikes on the third octave d and second octave b and a.

thanks dave

i love his whistles, never tried one in delrin though.

Great deal on the whistle. I would surely buy it if I didn’t already have several on order with Paul.
