Does anybody else have Paul McGrattan’s newest cd, Keelwest? Have you heard the 7th track? Can it get any better than that?
I mean, wow… I can listen to that over and over. It’s played on a C flute, most likely (it’s definitely a C tuning anyway). Starts with The Sporting Days of Easter, then an unnamed reel, and then an amazing version of Micho Russell’s. The guitar accompaniement is really great too.
