"searching for tomas"

Does anybody know where I can find the sheet music for this?

I already checked JC’s tunefinder, not there.

And yes I know I should just learn it by ear, but I’m too lazy and I’m not good at that stuff anyhow, so there. :stuck_out_tongue:

My, my, Sam - is that defiance I see?

Actually, I agree with you. Not all of us have perfect pitch or even very good hearing. Fifty folks here will lecture on learning by ear as the only ‘acceptable’ tool and not relying on sheet music. Most of the others stay very quiet, leaving a few of us to feel guilty - do I see a conspiracy here?

For the purists, though, I have but one question. What is worse - having to learn a tune from a printed score - or not being able to learn it at all?

They’re the same thing.

I don’t feel guilty about using sheet music to get the skeleton of a tune. If someone has a problem with it, that’s their psychological hangup, not mine.

Oh, and I can’t really learn from just sheet music either, as I’m not that good at reading it. I know which note is which, but time signatures and crap just confuse me. If I have a recording and sheet music though, I can usually get it down pretty good.
