Natures’s Way and various other companies usually sell it in gel caps. I usually take a dose of 2 every morning. Was initially recommended to me by my accupuncturist.
I am sure there is a bunch of stuff on it on the web - search feverfew and migraines together.
Just grow your own. It makes quite a pretty garden plant if you keep it tidy, and once you’ve got it you’ve got it. Chrysanthemum parthenium or Tanacetum parthenium. This is a horticultural recommendation, not a medical one. I don’t want Dale giving me a bollocking.
I think that Hershey has come out with one now (I can find it here even in my local grocery store, which says a lot). Although I don’t think that I could trust it, based on the fact that it’s Hershey. You’d be better off buying some Green & Black online, if you can’t find it locally. It’s well worth it, let me tell you!
Hey, emm, I was wondering. Is it the wine in general that gives you migraines, or the sulfates in the wine? I don’t know why I was thinking about this, but I was. And I haven’t sufficiently taken this poor thread off topic yet (sorry Lamby! I really don’t mean to do it…it just happens ).
