I note with interest that a trend that started with “…a post by Dale Wisely” has recently evolved into “…a thread by Dale Wisely.” Do I take this to represent an increase in the poster’s confidence that sufficient correspondents will post reactively to justify the term “thread?” And, if so, what next? “…a treatise by Dale Wisely?” “…an encyclopedia by Dale Wisely?” Is our bandwidth man enough to cope, I ask myself!

So, technically, every thread here is “A Thread by Dale Wisely.” But Dale, you really should stop arguing with yourself in the rubber room so much.
