Is it possible to search the forums for a phrase? I have tried enclosing the phrase in quotation marks (using both of the text fields), which works with most search engines, with every combination of option buttons that I can try, but this dosen’t appear to work on these forums. I still find messages with only single words out of the phrase. Any help will be appreciated. What am I doing wrong?
I don’t think it is.
I’ve also noticed when I try to search for a key, such as ‘F’, or ‘G’ I get weird results or no results at all depending on what else I’m searching for.
CDon, I just tried the phrase “even temperament” (but without quote marks) and got a pile of entries. Or are you talking about something else?

Choose the “Search for all terms” option under the item you’re searching for.

But that still does not find the exact phrase of two words (or more). Choosing that option just finds both words occuring anywhere in a thread… Even with the phrase in quotation marks, which produces the desired result most places.
