Question about using the C&F search function—

If I want to find something with two words (like “Melody Flute”) how do I limit the search to only messages with that phrase and not get every reference to “melody” and “flute”?

You don’t, unfortunately. Multiword search requires a different indexing scheme that we don’t have set up.

As an alternative, try the following Google search:

"melody flute" site:forums.chiffandfipple.com

That turns up quite a few hits.
