You can find it in Bill Och’s Whistle tutorial. You can get it from the Whistle Shop.
If you want to pm me your address I can make you a copy of the sheet music and send it to you.
The advantage to Bill’s book tho, is the fact that it comes with a CD so you can listen to the tune before you start practicing it. Helps alot if you don’t know the tune at all.
I’ll watch my pms just incase!
Cheers!..Andrea
Hi Slowair
Have you tried the midi file?. The thing goes like lightning - 200bpm, it sounds more like the song at 75bpm.
Still a great song, I fell in love with it after hearing The Voice Squad singing it live - made the hairs on my neck stand up.

This website doesn’t have the sheet music but you can hear a woman sing the first two verses. I have not heard the song before, so I don’t know if she sings it in the “customary” way. It is a very lovely song.

That is a good version of that tune.
Wow, Thanks everyone! I’ve been singing this song for years and for some reason my fingers (and the fact i can’t carry a tune on the whistle) just haven’t figured it out!
will check out the info you have provided…

There’s a great recording of this tune by The Voice Squad…well worth hearing (the harmonies created by the voice parts are outstanding). This is one of my favorite songs.
