Just got back from ticket Master. Didn’t do quite as good as I hoped. Ticket master did a pre-sale on their internet site on Fri. for tickets that they didn’t advertise so we didn’t get front row.
We did get 5th row center seats 1 thru 8.
With service charges ans misc. fees they charge tickets were 51.50 each. Do you guys want me to mail your tickets to you or hold them till the show? If you want me to mail them e-mail me with your mailing addresses.
Okay Tom, I’ll lock them up with mine. Glad you aren’t to dissapointed.
I was ready to have a breakdown trying to get them. First all I could get was 8th row back, then ticketmaster’s computer site went down, then it came back up and was only showing balcony seats, then it went back down again, then came back online with the 5th row seats and I was able to snatch them before it went down again. I need a Guiness!!
Is fifth row close enough for Paddy to throw a sweaty towel to me??? THink I should bring women’s undies to throw up on stage? Think there’s a chance I’ll get arrested at the concert?!
Seriously, fifth row is AWESOME!!! And with any luck, we’ll figure out how to sneak into the sound check and play with them on stage!!!
No need to sneek Brian. The Chietains usually advertise for local musicians to come during sound checks. They usually do the sound checks then go for dinner. Paddy will talk to you during intermission and tell you what tunes they will be playing for the encore. He will ask for your names and announce you just before you come on.
This is what they have done at Jackson Michigan and Windsor Ontario. I played with them in Winsdor. You will also get backstage passes good for the reception after. Take a camera and a pen. They all are really nice to talk to.

You guys don’t have to buy but if everyone is up for going out to dinner I know a great galician restaurant that specializes in tapas.
