Contrary to common belief, I am not dead, nor have I stopped productions!

I don’t have time to go into detail of personal items, but I have aquired a new apprentice Tony Hardy. I am working on all orders believe it or not. They are ALL going to ship very soon, and I do apologize for everyones wait and concerns. Wires have gotten crossed the last couple of months, and things have been worked out and have come to an understanding of where things are and why.
Please be patient with me a little longer. I know many of you have been waiting longer than others, and I do have some new equipment that is radically improving my build times and quality.
Again I apologize, e-mail me with any questions or order confirmation inquiries.
Of course I’ll share. BTW, I just got my O’Briain Improved whistle today from Shanna Quay (thanks Steve!), so I’m taking a little break from the low whistle to try out this high D.
Just wondering aimlessly if our whistle set (that’s to Brad Murray in Vancouver) did actually get delivered this monday or not, or if we are supposed to exercise even more patience. I think Brad’s gotten a few extra grey hairs from just watching me be overly excited waiting.
I spend a lot of time staring out the window every time a delivery truck drives by, and have been since May… as you can imagine, this is getting sort of hard on my ability to get much else done.

Email number three requesting he actually mail my refund just went out. Sent the unplayable “whistles” back months ago, and still no reply. Conclude as you will.
Although I don’t think this is the place for this, I will address a couple of things here.
Rich, check your e-mail, I sent you one earlier this evening. I have not received the whsitles yet, but I am going to send your refund anyway.
For Brad, the order has in fact been shipped out. It does take a bit for Canada. Even longer for some reason than Europe. It should be there soon.
Back to some fun stuff here… Guess what all??? The new designs are getting close. Look to see a pic on the website, and I’ll try to post one here. It will be sometime in the next couple of weeks, but it’s a new look, and a slightly different sound. I’ve done my best to take everyones thoughts and suggestions, and I’ve come up with what I think is a pretty nifty compromise of everything put together!
Any update on my order? The C/D set being sent to Germansville, PA? I have not received any reply to numerous emails sent out over the past several weeks.
I have had a few ‘misdirected’ e-mails from incorrect links on my website. Someone ppointed it out to me on Thursday. The link will be fixed this evening…
