Could use a little tweaking on that reed

I submit that the last time this instrument was played, was just prior to that reeds demise. :laughing:

I remember the maker way back in 1975 or so. Lark in the Morning had advertised his pipes. I think he made full sets at one point. I might have an ad somewhere in the files. I think he was located in Washington state.

I kept all my piping stuff from the 70s! Even letters to a certain Patrick Sky- who I finally met at the SF tionol; not to mention Denis Brooks’ invocationto practice

There’s nothing wrong with that reed! Rushing!!! the chanter needs rushing!! Just place a wire bridle on that reed and it will sing.
