Fyffer, thank you! I had this on a 78 rpm when we were growing up! I still remembered three of the verses, the one about the baby and the army kit, and the final verse. Sounded like the same voice, but some of the lyrics were different.
We never listened to it when Mom was around; she’d get one of those headaches.

Well, I think they ought to do something about those railings. There might not be a pile of snow or excrement to save the person’s life the next time this happens. I think the balcony designer should have his head quite roughly dunked in a barrel of sh…aving cream!
