Name this "Whistle"...SILBERTON (a shade OT)

Here goes then folks:

I have a new “whistle” - it has been mentioned on C&F from time to time but never reviewed. If you can tell me what it is I might even try to review it

So, ask away but I’ll only answer questions with a one word answer.

Oh and Happy Thanksgiving to all concerned…

Can you stun badgers with it?

If the answer is yes then it must be a low whistle

Cooperman?

Oh I dont know, I can knock a Badger out at 200 yrds with a well aimed generation, the key is to get 'im just behind the ear. Im still working on bringing down a heron in flight. But I suppose we must all have something to strive for :boggle:

Nope

Sheesh… :really:

Brass-plated, plated brass, brass plate, baited bass? :swear:

Or brass trim

Name starts with an A ?

considering Zoobaphun whistles don’t exist yet, this leaves 24 alternatives…

So far we know it is a quite heavy whistle made of brass plate. The 5% wood content I assume to be the fipple.

It isn’t a Cooperman, Clarke or a Shaw.

Is it made in the good old US of A?

Seems to me Sandy’s using a wooden fipple in some of the newer design Elfsongs. Is it an Elfsong?
