Hi folks,
I just caught a little bit of this on www.njn.net on tv tonight, and it was pretty neat-a quick tour of Ireland from the air. Nice perspective for some of the beautiful countryside, and one of the newest in the series.
What really made it even better, is the low whistle player on it when they got to the Aran Islands. It was one of the most beautiful pieces I’ve heard on the low whistle yet! I couldn’t find any info on the net for the soundtrack credits, so I would really like to know who is playing it, and what the tune is called.
I heard some other nice tunes, but also some not so great-some electric guitar…not your typical traditional music, for sure. But, a lot of the music was pretty good, but not what I would have picked for the soundtrack!
Here are a couple of links for it:

If I had to guess, I would say maybe it could be Eoin Duignan, or Cormac Breatnach possibly, but I imagine there are a few others that play as well, and sound this good! It would be nice to be able to find that tune on an existing CD of music, rather than this soundtrack. But one retailer lists a bonus soundtrack CD that comes with the DVD:

Anybody hear and recognize the tune and/or whistle player?
Thanks for your help!
