Like WOW man! Can you believe my luck?

I am humbled by your obvious worth, that such a fine, upstanding, reputable, established, and well respected… hey… wait… hmm… I seem to recall a similar astounding offer from Bookman Publishing… Wow… they have 'progressed so… http://forums.writersweekly.com/viewtopic.php?p=1550

I am sure your writing is much better than theirs!

Creepy is not the word.
The fact that they kept coming back, in spite of the obviously sarcastic replys that Emm sent, was beginning to worry me. These scam artists will go the last mile, and beyond, to get to the cash.
Emm being stuck for words, for once :stuck_out_tongue: , was the moment when they backed down.

Never underestimate the determination of the Con artist. The failure of one con is often the introduction of another more devious one.

Con artists usually have an incredibly high level of intelligence and an ambition second to none. They can spot a tiny weakness and move in with great ease and comfort.

We all have our weak spots, our vulnerable moments, our dreams.

A half decent Con artist can spot them long before we are even aware of them.

Not all of them are semi-literate Nigerians.

Slan,

Something’s rotten in Denmark to me. Anyone who promises to make you rich for a fee…
