Lancashire bagpipes - a reconstruction project

Hello dear C&F fellows!

This is Rodrigo from Rome, Italy. I always read this wonderful board although I do not post as often as I would like to.
As probably mentioned in another thread, I have an interest in making musical instruments, mostly transverse flutes from the Renaissance and the Baroque period. I also enjoy making flutes for Irish music.

I have a question for you regarding a bagpipe portrayed in this Youtube video (it is the second one shown): the “Bloemaert” Pipe, also known as “Lancashire Pipe”.

I hope someone will shade a light on it, all I have been able to gather is that it is a bagpipe in the key of G with a conical bore chanter and octave and fifth tuned cylindrical bore drones.
I find the tone very sweet, captivating and extremely beautiful. I would love to make a copy of it, just for personal use. Unfortunately I have no information about the inner profile.

I would be very grateful if you were so kind as to give me a nodge in the right direction; or at least some suggestions regarding where to start my reconstruction project.

Thanks in advance!
Ro.

Sean Folsom (in the video) is a member here. I forget his board-name…perhaps he will chime in…

Thanks Jeff!
I have already tried to contact Sean via Facebook. He must be a very busy man. Let us hope he will notice this thread and chime in

Bye,
Ro.
