In addition to teaching flute, Joanie Madden will teach two whistle classes at Wind On The Bay.

The 5th Annual Wind On The Bay Irish Flute Festival will take place on Sept. 29 - Oct. 1, 2006, in East Greenwich, RI.

Enrolling in individual, 1.5 hour classes at Wind On The Bay is $100 per class.
