am new to this forum, have been emailing mack hoover to order a whitecap for a d whistle, no replies as yet.does anyone know if he’s taking orders now, or alternatively has anyone got one for sale? thanks
I believe Mack is alive and well (at least he was when I talked to him the other day). Are you sure you have the right link for his email?
He’s usually very quick to respond. By the way, you won’t be disappointed by his Whitecap. I have several.

I’ve only dealt with Mack once (for a Whitecap - not for sale 
), and got quick response to my emails, and it seemed like I got my Whitecap within a few days. Great whistle and fast service.

Mack does have a limited number of orders he takes each month, instead of creating a waiting list. But he has always answered my emails quickly. Sometimes emails don’t make it through SPAM filters. I’ve had a few emails go astray lately. Cyber aliens, most likely.
