I don’t normally flag my own sales on eBay, but I’ve been having huge difficulties with my account and I’m having to sell this flute (item no. 280492656426) using my wife’s account.
I just wanted to reassure people that this is my sale, but not under my usual eBay seller tag of hammy219p.
Maybe some one out there has had the same problem? When I try to sell something or work on my saved searches etc., when I have to enter my ID and password, I’m just brought back to a new empty log in screen. It doesn’t say my ID or password are incorrect. Re-entering them produces the same result.
E-Mails to the eBay help system produce no response.
Is there someway of phoning eBay directly? Can anybody help?

I have played this flute just few days ago, it is a very good one

It sounds like maybe the “cookies” setting in your browser has been turned off or disabled. Are you using a different browser or computer than you usually do or did you uncheck the “cookies” option in your browser settings for some reason?

Oh well, it was worth a try. Probably something on the eBay end then. I’m having the same kind of issue (got locked out). I emailed their support people over a year ago and never got a reply. I have to use my wife’s account as well.

I would try to login at ebay.com (instead of ebay.co.uk, ebay.ie, etc.). Also,

Not yet, since I got diverted with other things, but thanks for the links you gave me to the live chat helpline, they helped me out before and I’m sure they will again.
I have a nice Pearson 8 key that I’ve almost finished restoring, and hopefully I’ll have my own account sorted by the time it’s ready for sale.
