You all might be sick of constant posts about obscure whistle sightings, but what the hey… today I was flipping channels, and when I landed on TVLand I saw none other but the Professor on Gilligan’s Island jauntily playing some sort of bamboo fippled whistley-thing. The scene switched just a second later and I kicked myself for not catching it sooner, but it was pretty amusing. The sound it gave out was downright horrifying!
We often put Gilligan’s island in a set with Drowsey Maggie. Both in Em it has a real Celtic flavour and always gets a laugh from the audience!
