While watching a rerun of Gilligan’s Island, I noticed that it was the Professor that actually invented the Low Whistle ('sorry Bernard…). The original Air Date of this episode was March, 27th 1965 (this is not one of my “redone” pics):
But for some reason, it actually sounded more like a Soprano Recorder :wink:

Yeah, but his delivery dates were way off and he became impossible to get a hold of. So he had to pull a McHaffie and “drop off the face of the earth” as it were.
