It looks very nice. How does this one sound and play, Daniel?
Thanks,
Jaydoc
Daniel, gorgeous pictures of the Low D. For those interested in this instrument keep in mind that the wooden head has been discontinued and has been replaced with a Delrin version. Also this is the only whistle I have made that has just the 6th hole offset… a special order by Daniel. So this whistle may become a collectors item. Keep up the good work Daniel.

Ronaldo, the photographs are average - it’s the whistle that’s gorgeous.
Here’s a sound clip I just made with this whistle. http://www.beancurdturtle.com/Whistle/Reyburn_Low_D_Irish_Whistle.mp3
It’s straight off a condenser instrument microphone, no effects. Any reverb like tones are in the voice of the whistle:
The low octave
Three Ds
Flexibility in the bell note (LowD)
G A B C D doodling (for Cnat)
Bit of a tune I haven’t played in months (my apologies in advance)
The high octave (clipped it a little, sorry)
I haven’t been practicing much lately, and not at all with my low Ds, so grin and bear the messiness.
