For trade Aebi keyed boxwood, silver embouchure band

Hello chiffers,

it’s been a while since my last post, although I have been lurking around on various topics,

I have for trade a flute that you guys and gals may have seen on chiff a while back, but since getting it, I had it pimped, reason being an allergy to quite a few woods, well firstly I had problems
with Cocobolo, then Honduran rosewood, and lately box, I used to play a few lovely boxwood recorders, with what I think was a yew fipple plug, anyway I have since sold all the Cocobola and rosewood and sadly my lovely box recorders, well I couldn’t resist the boxwood Aebi, so for the first few weeks I used it with a carefully cut mask made from micro-pore tape, then I managed to get one of the UK’s top flute makers, to band the embouchure with a silver band, he also created a white delrin section under the band so that no boxwood was in the embouchure, I have to say the flute plays great and no fear of embouchure damage, and its superbly finished, the flute is in
5 sections - head - barrel - 1st joint - 2nd joint - short foot plus f - nat - G# - Bb

I no longer have time to practice at a serious level, so am open to any trades or a cash sale, I still play whistle as it quick and easy, so whistle etc, my son plays guitar so a decent guitar for him, no urgency to sell/trade quick, but am open to anything

there are picks on chiff previous owner yvie, (my wife) I will get some images up later of the new embouchure, also have a Muramatsu Boehm for sale, but will probably sell that on a more appropriate Boehm forum

all the best Lefty, before you ask, it’s not a lefty,
