I have problems similar to PJ’s when trying to access your ebay auction from France. Even on the ebay.uk it only comes up as a tempting picture in the margins of the listings, when clicked on all I get is a message saying access is blocked due to legal and other restrictions blah blah blah…
This is not unusual and happens with many listings but certainly not ALL… so there must be a way to make your Ad International.
I would hazard a guess that the G# would be played by the RH 1st finger (curling over and around a bit), the Bb by the RH thumb, and the F nat by the RH 3rd finger.
I actually have the F nat key block on both my C and D chanters in this position (and both sets are right-handed), and I prefer it as the key block itself doesn’t get in my way.

Yes, this is interesting and yours is not the only listing which throws up this error notice. Perhaps there is a word or phrase in your text which means something malevelant in French ? Who knows but computers and the web are so usefull only that we cannot reason with them… it is just the old ’ and/or’ rearing its ugly head again.
The buy it now price £1350 seems very reasonable, especially with such a plethora of chanter reeds acompanying the chanter. Joe’s instruments are well spoken of.
However, it doesn’t appear when you do a search. I had a similar problem once and it was something to do with not specifying ‘posts world wide’ or something to that effect.
