If I were to be passing through Dublin in the near future is there anyone out there I could arrange to get a lesson from?
Also, if there are any teachers in the south-east of England could they contact me.

Isn’t Harry Bradley in Dublin now? I think I remember him posting something about classes, even contact info, a while back. Might be worth a search?
I remember making the same recommendation before, but try Cian O’Sullivan. You should be able to find him (or at least someone who’ll help you to him) during afternoon or early evening time at either Oliver St. Cogarty’s or Auld Dubliner (neighboring pubs in Temple Bar area). After nine p.m. I’d avoid both those places.. 
Cian is a nice fellow and mighty fluter who’ll be able to give you priceless advice and nice tunes if he is around and has time.
