Anyone (in Ireland) going to the ‘Piper’s Night’, at Glór, in Ennis on Thursday?
The line up (I’m reliably informed, by Cillian O’Briain) includes Paddy Keenan and Finbar Fury!! “Unreal” (to quote my piping friend Jerry, who will, no doubt, be crying that all night long!)
I’m hoping that Finbar will pick up the Low whistle and show us how ‘The Lonesome Boatman’ should be played!
