February

Darnit, I wish I’d have been on the ball!
I didn’t do a January update at all.
Could have done one yesterday and then one today.
With two CP’s in two days I’d have gotten away!

What was I thinking!?

There have been some changes made in Hoover Whistles.
Dropped some added some.
I’ve kinda lost that whimsy that made me see a whistle in anything long and slender. I hope lots of potential whistle makers find it! Everything hasn’t been tried yet.

Peter and I are still working on http://www.mackhooverwhistles.com/

The perfect website is his goal:
the perfect whistle is still my goal!

He’s close…

Mack

Mack,

I haven’t had a chance to do much with it yet–this December was about the worst I’ve lived through–but I wanted to let you know that the wooden low G whistle you made me is a very very fine instrument, I’m enjoying the hell out of it, it’s my only “low” whistle that I play pretty much daily, and you did a wonderful job!

One of these days I’ll get it up on my site and get reviews posted, etc.

Just wanted to let you know that you are not forgotten and that your whistle has helped brighten a very dark time for me.

As always, I am and remain,

Your friend and a great believer in your wonderful whistles,

–James
