I was wondering, is it possible to post sound clips on a eBay auction? I’ve seen image galleries, but don’t remember ever seeing sound clips for instrument. I’ve been looking at concertinas and was wondering why no sound clips were ever posted.
It is easy to post a sound clip on an ebay ad. I have a sound clip on my current ebay ad for Doug Tipple’s Irish Flute. I think that if you right click on the description, you can view the HTML codes for placing a sound file on the description page. If that doesn’t work, there are people here that can show you what to do. If I can do it, it isn’t too difficult.
I think that the method that I use to post a sound file is a little obsolete. Uploading a sound clip to Boxnet, you are able to link to it and hear it as streaming audio. With my clip you need to download the file to your computer, which will take some time with a dial-up modem.
