I used the instructions of the topic ‘How?’ from Phil Hardy to post the picture of my self made low G.
How to do it with a sound clip, which i finally have now?

If you look at the section called Clips and Snips you will get directions on sending the clip to Tony who will post it for you! Very handy!
Or if you have the clip on another hosted website you can link to that.
Mail it here whistletunes@hotmail.com and it will be posted here:

I sent the tune to that adress. So what happens now? I checked out the site but don’t really understand.
It’s just a sound sample of a whistle, it are two tunes and some other things between it to get a picture of the sound. The first tune is even not complete .. So you can’t classify it in jigs or hornpipes or whatever …
What do i’ve got to do?
Thanks anyway
I think Frederik maybe wants to post a sound clip of the whistle he made right next to the picture of the whistle which he posted on another thread.
If you can post the sound clip somewhere on the Internet—maybe like at Imageshack—then you can just link to that the same way you did with the picture of your whistle. Where did you put the picture of your whistle? What website is hosting that picture? Could it host your sound file also?
I believe you can do it just the same as with your picture. Except it isn’t an image file, so you would put around it. I have linked to sound clips on other websites and put them in a thread.
But I’m sure there are things I don’t understand, so…
Frederik, maybe you could send a follow-up email to the address you sent your sound clip explaining the situation. Maybe they can help you figure out what to do.
Most image hosting sites aren’t going to host your sound clip. If you’d like, I’d be more than willing to host it for you (I’m paying for web space, so I may as well use it
). I’ll send you a PM.
EDIT: Nevermind.
Alright, clip is here.
That link don’t work no more. I went about it that hard way.

Ok, thanks a lot!
Please note that it’s recorded with a dictaphone with a tape. It sounds much sharper and false than in reality, especially in the high register. So it don’t represent really the whistle sound, but it’s ok to hear how it sounds threw the ocataves and things.
Also it’s the first time that the player plays this whistle
But i hope you get a bit of a picture of it.
