After I receive the Kiernan (and a checkup) it will be sold on to a promising young lad from the Cologne area who is taught by a good friend of mine. He is doing very well on a practise-set and it is time now for him to own a halfset. This is perfect for him. Interesting enough, he is not from an ITM background. Though fewer and fewer over here, there are some younger people, who “carry on the pole”.

For sale one half set of Uileann pipes by Glen, Northern Ireland. Purchased for me by my late mother in the hope that I would play them. unfortunately they have lain unused for ten years and so reluctantly must go to pay for an instrument I can play. They come complete with three chanter reeds and case. i have just strapped them on and played them as good as I did back then, so no sentimentality there. i hope they go to someone who can make them sound as they should. Happy bidding ps > please dont ask me very technical questions regarding these as they are not something I am au fait with> , but will answer any questions where I can.
